Apartment Support Associate
Position available covering Newton, Baxter, and Grinnell, IA
We are seeking an Apartment Support Associate to help facilitate our property operations. This position is responsible for providing onsite support for the apartment complex and works as a team with the MSA (Maintenance Support Associate) assigned to the property. The position will be salaried at $400 per week, plus bonus incentive.
Maintenance Support Associate

We are seeking a Maintenance Support Associate to support our Maintenance Director. This position will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on units and the complex, work with the Apartment Support Associate and assist when necessary. In addition, this position will be submitting daily maintenance information forms via online tablet. Starting pay is $17 - $20/hour plus company vehicle.

T & L Properties, LLC is a property management company with properties located across central Iowa. We are looking for a full-time administrative assistant working Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm in our corporate office in Granger, IA. Salary range is approximately $20-$25 per hour.
